The Half Moon Bay Wine & Cheese Company, a wine shop with more than 800 boutique, family-owned and rare wines, plus a selection of artisanal and farmstead cheeses, is kicking off 2019 with two music events, a new movie night and a blind tasting in January.
The company is introducing its first Movie Night Saturday, Jan. 26 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with the wine-themed movie "Bottle Shock," a charming, fictionalized version of the "Judgment of Paris," when Californian winemakers challenged French wines in 1976. Wine by the glass and tasting flights will be available for purchase. Admission is free, and guests 21+ are welcomed. You can sign up here to let us know you are going and then the registrant button will tell you other members going.
